BLUE FOX: POSSIBLY NOT IN THE BLACK IN 2006
Trading Update
On 13 March 2006, Blue Fox Enterprises N.V. issued a press release stating that it expected to close the 2006 financial year with a profit, barring unforeseen circumstances. It now appears that profit recovery will take more time than anticipated. Especially in the Textile and Apparel Software division the turnover during the first four months of the year is significantly below target. The Engineering and Geographic Information Software division is performing according to expectation.
Given these circumstances, it is possible that Blue Fox Enterprises N.V. may not be able to close this financial year with a profit.

Leuk he, dat ze met dit nieuws komen op de dag van de AVA (terwijl dit al veel langer bekend was bij Blue Fox). Degenen die hun stukken hadden aangemeld voor stemrecht tijdens de AVA konden deze dus niet eens verkopen vanmorgen.
