Punch Graphix plc ("Punch Graphix plc" or the "Company")
Cancellation of admission (the "Cancellation")

Further to the statement made in its results for the six months ended 30 June 2007, announced on 31 August 2007, and at the request of Punch Graphix nv, a 97.29 per cent. shareholder in the Company, Punch Graphix plc announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchange for the Cancellation of the trading of its shares on AIM.

In accordance with the rules of AIM, the Cancellation will take place no earlier than 20 business days from today's date and it is currently anticipated that the Cancellation will take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 31 October 2007.

Punch Graphix plc shareholders should note that the Cancellation is likely to reduce significantly the liquidity and marketability of Punch Graphix plc shares. Once the Cancellation has taken effect Punch Graphix plc shareholders will no longer be able to effect transactions in Punch Graphix plc shares 'on market' at the 'market price'.

Following the Cancellation, therefore, Punch Graphix plc shareholders will have to effect any further transactions in Punch Graphix plc shares 'off market' at a price to be agreed between the relevant parties.
