Luister, het is niet alleen Qurius.
Het zijn nu "bijna" alle fondsen die vet ondergewaardeerd zijn.
AEX naar 220? Qurius naar 0.23
AEX naar 200? Qurius naar 0.21
AEX naar 180? Qurius naar 0.19

Maar dat neemt niet weg dat dat hele mooie (bij)koop momenten zijn, want eens gaat die AEX weer een boost omhoog krijgen hoor, zeker weten!

Met een AEX onder de 224 zit je helaas al in de buurt. Qurius staat nu op 23, dus duimen dat hij niet verder wegzakt.

Qurius Global Alliance expands and lists four new members
Zaltbommel, The Netherlands, 20 November 2008 - Today Qurius announced four new members of the Qurius Global Alliance: All e Technologies (India); IBIZ Consulting Services (Singapore); OMNi Technology (Turkey); and Tribridge (USA). A partner subsidiary of Qurius, the Qurius Global Alliance is a worldwide association of Microsoft Dynamics® solution providers that supports customers with international deployments of primarily Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV and CRM projects.

With a current roster of more than 20 partner organisations, the Qurius Global Alliance offers a uniform engagement model, a single point-of-contact and a consistent service-delivery methodology based on the high-level standards of Microsoft and Qurius for customers worldwide. The alliance's goal is to ensure that customers experience a global and seamless project execution and post go-live support.

Qurius integrates its German subsidiaries

20 November 2008 - Qurius is integrating its various German subsidiaries into one entity and will restructure its business lines. The former companies Cabus, Watermark and Wilhelm + Zeller that currently act as Qurius Solutions GmbH in Hamburg, Qurius Deutschland GmbH in Hannover and Qurius Deutschland AG in Ravensburg will be bundled in one new company including their current subsidiaries. The new founded Qurius Deutschland AG will have 250 employees, of which around 100 will be working at the new main office in Hamburg. The other employees will operate from twelve locations across Germany.

New structure enforces strategy
The new board of directors will consist of Kay P. Laukat, CEO and head of the board, Christian Schneider, CFO, responsible for finance administration, and Thomas Zeller, COO, responsible for the daily operations.

"The new business structure is a modern matrix organisation with strong customer orientation that demonstrates our competencies as a professional IT service company. In addition to that we are very near to our customers due to a fine net of service points all over Germany," says Kay Laukat. "The updated organisation streamlines and optimises our industry and international market strategy. Qurius has a clear focus: to be the leading IT company in Europe delivering integrated business solutions based on Microsoft technology."

Market view
Qurius Germany maintains long-term partnerships with leading IT companies such as Microsoft, Infor Business Solutions, Fujitsu-Siemens und Citrix. Qurius also cooperates with a number of smaller software manufacturers, aiming to implement individual solutions and systems at customers which perfectly fit their needs. During this year Qurius concluded in a partnership with LS Retail, Sonapro and Perfion.

"We still have a clear focus on the small and medium enterprise market, but we also attract more and more international operating customers and larger enterprises," Kay Laukat explains. Meanwhile Qurius Germany services around 1,200 customers, in Europe more than 2,800.

Qurius integreert Duitse operaties

20 november 2008 - Qurius gaat zijn diverse Duitse operaties in één entiteit integreren en reorganiseert zijn business lines. Het voormalige Cabus, Watermark en Wilhelm + Zeller die op dit moment als Qurius Solutions GmbH in Hamburg opereren, Qurius Duitsland GmbH in Hannover en Qurius Duitsland AG in Ravensburg worden samengevoegd in één nieuwe organisatie, inclusief hun huidige dochterondernemingen. Het nieuw opgerichte Qurius Duitsland AG telt 250 werknemers, waarvan er ongeveer 100 op het nieuwe hoofdkantoor in Hamburg zullen werken. De overige werknemers zullen vanuit twaalf locaties verspreid over Duitsland opereren.

Nieuwe structuur versterkt strategie
De nieuwe directie zal bestaan uit Kay P. Laukat, CEO en voorzitter van de raad van bestuur; Christian Schneider, CFO, verantwoordelijk voor de financiële gang van zaken en Thomas Zeller, COO, verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operatie.

"De nieuwe organisatiestructuur is een moderne matrixorganisatie met een sterke klantenfocus die onze competenties als professioneel IT dienstenbedrijf helder uitdraagt. Daarnaast zijn we dankzij een fijn net van kantoorlocaties in heel Duitsland altijd dichtbij onze klanten," zegt Kay Laukat. "De vernieuwde organisatie stroomlijnt en optimaliseert onze branche- en internationale marktstrategie. Qurius heeft een heldere focus: we willen dé toonaangevende IT-organisatie in Europa zijn die geïntegreerde bedrijfsoplossingen levert op basis van Microsoft technologie."

Marktbeeld
Qurius Duitsland onderhoudt lange termijn partnerships met toonaangevende IT bedrijven zoals Microsoft, Infor Business Solutions, Fujitsu-Siemens en Citrix. Qurius werkt daarnaast samen met een aantal kleinere softwarefabrikanten met als doel oplossingen en systemen te implementeren die perfect toegesneden zijn op de behoefte van de klant. Het afgelopen jaar heeft Qurius partnerships gesloten met LS Retail, Sonapro en Perfion.

Nabeurs twee prachtige berichten van Qurius zelf in mijn postvak. Ben het met Zjeeraar eens dat een koers van 0.25 voor dit bedrijf nu, zwaar belachelijk is en in de toekomst zeker. Heb vertrouwen in het koersverloop van morgen.
