Ik had een mail gestuurd met de vraag wanneer de rechtzaak afgesloten zou worden. Hieronder het bericht, dat ik ontvangen heb. 9 maanden na januari is de distributie voor de rechtzaak, dus september/oktober. Hierna nog een paar maanden optellen voor de rest distributie.. Dan zitten we alweer in 2011.

As for distribution of the Settlement Fund, the typical timing for such distribution would be nine months after the claims filing deadline, assuming that there are no appeals of the Court order that approved the Settlement. Distribution timing also depends in part on how many claims are submitted and when they are submitted. ik heb er nog 20000 liggen. die heb ik in 2006 gekocht. dus als het goed is zie ik er van terug in 2011?

Ja,als het goed is. De vraag is of ze de cashreserves goed hebben geïnvesteerd. Het is afwachten.

Beste Nightfly! Dank voor deze informatie.Wellicht kun je ze vragen hoeveel geld er op dit moment in kas is. Op 30 6 2007 was het 6.6. miljoen dollar.
Misschien willen ze de stand van nu doorgeven.

Ach, nog maar een keer een relativerende opmerking dan maar : deze reactie komt van het advocatenteam dat de rechtzaak behandelt die tegen o/.a. via is aangespannen inzake kunstmatige koersopdrijving/handel met voorkennis. Dit is dus wel de rechtzaak waar de liquidatie van via van afhankelijk is, maar het bericht komt dus niet van via zelf !

Vragen hoeveel geld er in kas is is dus onzinnig aan deze lui, want daar hebben ze niks mee te maken.
Daarnaast zal het nadat deze rechtzaak is afgerond (en er worden wat dat betreft nog steeds wat voorbehouden gemaakt in de mail) nog een heel tijdje duren, voordat via zichzelf zal liquideren. Er staan nog steeds 2 mensen op de loonlijst die gratis geld krijgen op deze manier en interoute heeft de werkelijke waarde van via al lang verwerkt, ze zullen dus geen haast hebben om wat er nog over is met anderen te gaan delen.

Stuur interoute eens een mailtje zou ik zeggen. 'Via Networks ? Never heard of!'
