Mijn waterstof portefeuille bestaat nu uit PLUG BLDP en FCEL. Echter weet ik niet of ik mijn BLDP wil vasthouden. Mijn gevoel zegt dat er grotere winsten zijn te maken met PLUG en FCEL. Snap ook niet echt waarom BLDP nauwelijks meedoet met de stijging van afgelopen dagen... Andere kant ook weer bang als ik BLDP verkoop dat deze toch onvoorzien grote groei gaat doormaken......

FCEL is voor korte termijn. Voor lange termijn ben ik al maanden geleden afgehaakt. Nogmaals: té wispelturig en té labiel.
Ballard is groot en breed bezig. Long term. Zit er dik in.

Hier een plausibele opinie met betrekking tot de kans op verwatering door aandelen uitgifte PLUG. Let op het is een opinie (van een doorgaans serieus PLUG forumlid).

As institutional ownership has/is increasing, most of the dilution from stock options and warrants are already priced in. Retail investors like to talk about stock price. You see it on this board all the time. Institutions tend to think in terms of enterprise value (approximately market cap) and then ‘push the value through a cap table’ to determine stock price. One is a bottom up approach, the later is a top down approach. While there are some short term benefits to the bottom up approach, institutions gravitate and rely on a top down approach. In doing so, they include FDSO (fully diluted shares outstanding) in their calculations.

PLUG currently has 415mm shares outstanding, with 188mm dilutive shares outstanding, resulting in FDSO of 600mm shares. This implies a current market cap of (24sp X 600) $14b (less adjustments for exercise prices), versus the published cap of $10b.

My point is that dilution is accounted for by most investors, certainly by institutional investors. Dilution ‘as a result of options/warrants’ is not some unknown bogie man. (Dilution as a result of future capital raises is another story). The existing derivatives are quantifiable and detailed in note 12 of the latest 10Q. Sophisticated investors have priced this in. So do not panic when someone rings the ‘Dilution Alarm’ here on the board. Sure there are risks with Plug the enterprise value, but dilution from the warrants and stock options in not one of them.

Ondanks aandelen uitgifte blijft koers vooralsnog goed op peil; nog wat bij kunnen kopen op € 19,79; de komende maanden rustig doorstijgen naar 26-28. PLUG=PLUS

mogelijk alsook een evt Overname in Europa, denk dan in eerste instantie in Germany.
