Veel mooie, dure woorden; helaas begrijpt niemand wat het in de praktijk betekent en of het geld oplevert is ook geheel onduidelijk.

AND haalt ruim 8 ton op
(ABM FN-Dow Jones) AND International Publishers heeft circa 519.000 nieuwe aandelen geplaatst onder bestaande en nieuwe investeerders, ter waarde van in totaal 830.000 euro. Dit maakte AND woensdagochtend voorbeurs bekend.

De aandelen werden uitgegeven tegen een prijs van 1,60 euro per stuk, hetgeen de slotkoers op dinsdag is.

De transactie moet tegen het einde van dit jaar worden afgerond en de nieuwe aandelen zijn vanaf 29 december verhandelbaar.

Na de private plaatsing staan er 4,2 miljoen aandelen AND uit.

AND zal het opgehaalde geld gebruiken voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten, versterking van het verkoopnetwerk en ook voor algemene doeleinden en als werkkapitaal.
