Timing is prima (voor het personeel). Het werkt alleen als er ook iets te verdienen valt natuurlijk.

4mln aandelen is 1,8%. Dat is gewoon marktconform

Authorisation of the Management Board to issue shares*
In order to enable the Company to issue shares and/or to grant rights to acquire shares it is proposed to designate the Management Board, in accordance with section 2:96 of the Dutch Civil Code, as the corporate body authorised to resolve on the issue of shares and/or grant of rights to acquire shares up to a maximum number of (rights to acquire) shares in the share capital of the Company as set out below.
This authorisation shall be subject to the following limitations:

(i) the authorisation of the Management Board will only be valid for a period of 15 months
as of 4 May 2022, ending on 4 August 2023; and

(ii) the authorisation of the Management Board with respect to the issue of shares and/or the
granting of rights to acquire shares will be limited to (i) 21,496,605 (rights to acquire) shares (representing 10% of the total ordinary share capital in issue (excluding treasury shares) as at 22 March 2022, being the latest practicable date prior to publication of this notice) for general corporate purposes, and (ii) 5,374,151 (rights to acquire) shares (representing 2.5% of the total ordinary share capital in issue (excluding treasury shares) as at 22 March 2022, being the latest practicable date prior to publication of this notice) in connection with one or more incentive plans for the managing directors, senior management and/or other employees, including the issue of shares directly to Stichting Administratiekantoor Takeaway.com (“STAK”) for the sole purpose of STAK settling the Company’sobligationsunderanyofits incentiveplans;and

(iii) any issue of shares and/or the granting of rights to acquire shares pursuant to this authorisation will be subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board.

If this authorisation and the authorisation requested under agenda item 8 are granted, this authorisation will replace the authorisation to issue shares and/or grant rights to acquire shares granted in the general meeting held on 12 May 2021. This authorisation does not affect the authorisation to issue shares and/or grant rights to acquire shares granted at the Extraordinary General Meeting.

Blijft dus binnen de gemandateerde 2,5%. Wel een punt van aandacht dat de nieuwe agenda in mei hier niet nogmaals mee komt.

Ik denk dat het wel een goeie zet is geweest om dat te doen. Ik weet niey of het zich helemaal uitbetaald, maar het publiek wat je ermee bereikt is behoorlijk. Ik kijk behoorlijk wat champions league wedstrijden en dan vind ik het wel heel mooi om te zien. Als ik behoorlijk verlies sta dan word ik daar ook meteen aan herinnerd tijdens mijn ontspannings moment.

Heel slecht meetbaar maar exposure is natuurlijk gigantisch. Daarnaast is het vooral prestige. Vanuit branding oogpunt geen slechte move natuurlijk (het zijn letterlijk alleen maar A brands) maar het kost ook een lieve duit natuurlijk.

Precies haha! En als er dan iemand nog een opmerking maakt van he dat is toch het bedrijf waar jij zoveel in geïnvesteerd hebt? Dan denk ik bij mezelf dit is voorlopig je laatste wedstrijd die we samen kijken.

Precies. Maar uit de presentatie kun je halen dat gebruikers sticky zijn, dus veel gebruikers blijven dezelfde dienst gebruiken als ze die eenmaal gebruiken en daarom moet je continue top of mind zijn, 't.av. nieuwe cohorts Bovendien zitten de meeste kijkers in Europa en daar zit jet ook. In veel landen is bovendien de penetratie nog niet gigantisch. Dus daar valt nog veel te halen.
