We aim to list in 2023 - by the end of September or during Q4-23 (including a capitalisation). At the same time, we are still examining all options/alternatives in respect to operating progress and investors interest to achieve the best solution for all interested parties in the weeks ahead!



Additional improvement: Legal case potentially soon resolved

The judgement is available; the remaining 90-day objection period is currently still running (till end of Sept); we don’t expect at current stage a continuation of the case. This is positive for the further development.
