Van de ene kant ben ik blij dat we groen zijn geeindigd op de slechtste dag van het jaar voor amerikaanse beurzen. Maar ik baal dat we maar op 1,32 zijn geeindigd door grote manipulatie.

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- U.S. stocks plunged to their worst one-day performance since 2001 on Tuesday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropping 200 points in one minute around 3 p.m. before recovering some ground by the close, after a sell-off in China fueled concerns about growth.

Kortom: INSM ging mee met de meute om 15:00 uur. Pure paniek.

Madw, aardige opsomming van de sterke daling.Frappant is dat ik om 21.10 uur een verkoopopdracht bevestigde voor verkoop op 1.36 terwijl Arca nog 1,38 aangaf. Dit laatste klopt geheel niet met de werkelijke tijden van de verkopen die op dat moment al achter de rug waren en de koers in werkelijkheid al op 1,20 stond (om 21,06 uur). M.i. is Arca zeker blijven "hangen" tijdens de koersval. Blijft vreemd en geeft mij steeds minder vertrouwen in dit aandeel.

I am the iHUB moderator and have some more information for you with regards to INSM.

With regards to the legal argument, they are talking and the trial is not as clear cut as you suspect.
After the jury verdict there were a lot of motion/briefs (stressing amongst others invalidity of the patents, which the judge earlier made a hasty
summary judgement on in summer 2006 without hearing full arguments, jury never got to hear those)
Biggest is the 414 patent which has NO eu equivalent, because it was revoked in europe due to prior art. Due to earlier summary judgement
this was not discussed/argued in court, but it is an issue trca/dna has to consider.
There is also an inequitable conduct motion against trca/dna.

klopt arca liep toen straks achter.
