De partner wil zekerheid omtrent de goedkeuring van het medicijn in de USA
Er is in het verleden al vaker een uitstel van de FDA
Geweest voor transgene geneesmiddelen dus zekerheid is de volgende optie van de partner

cox heeft ons niet beloofd dat hij ons van onze centen beroofd, maar hij doet t wel.

partner in juin.

hij bedoelde zeker een partner voor zijn dochter juin.

het is weer fraai.

na alles wat is gezegd kan ik me haast niet voorstellen dat de tent op slot gaat.

Mogelijk sturen ze aan faillisement en dan verkoopt de curator een deel aan lfb en het andere deel gaat naar ...

Zit nog wel met het punt dat die directeur van lfb ook een groot pakket aandelen heeft.

Als je een beetje doorbladert dan zie je dat Royal Dutch Shell zijn GTCB aandelen heeft verkocht. Ze hadden er niet veel. Verder valt mij op dat de IB aardig wat aandelen hebben.

welke opmerking; ik heb er meer geplaatst in reaktie op die van jou.
met shell; die verkopen als ze niet snel winst zien, en wachten niet als wij op de klapper ........., die denken anders dis ..........

2 jaar terug had ik gedacht dat de koers ruim het 10 voudige zou zijn 4.20.

I forsee no change.... They will provide only milestone payments and agreed upon royalties etc. except in the case of LFB which will take over some costs of Factor VII.

For reasons I do not care to divulge.....IMHO GTC has already decided on a partner and has an agreement acceptable to both parties. The "partner" will provide the funding of the operations for the forseeable future obviating the need for money from present partners or for any drastic reduction in their pipeline. Details of the proposed deal should be announced before the annual stockholder meeting.....

dan mogen ze welopschieten want die shooting is as dinsdag.

uit de 4e kwartaalcijfers valt te lezen dat de nieuwe partner zo die zich meldt, huh,ik partner, ik weet van niks, meteen een bedrag stort van ongeveer 8 miljoen.

aangezien ze nu verder zijn met de ontwikkeling van atryn dan een half jaar terug moet je denken aan 10miljoen als 1e storting.

ook dat is gecommuniceerd, niet het bedrag maar dat
nu men verder is het ook van meer waarde is.

10miljoen......kunnen ze weer 1.5 kwartaalmee vooruit.

als het meezit komt dan ook de betaling van leo voor afronding van fase 2 in beeld.

volgens de planning is dat toch halverwege volgend jaar.

alleen hoeveelis die betaling? 15 miljoen?

wie weet dat nog.

samengevat hebben ze nog nodig tot eind 2009:

partner plus 10 miljoen plus 15 miljoen,

bij een cashburn volgend jaar van 24 miljoen, door meer omzet minder cashburn,

nog nodig 4 miljoen.

dat is het scenario zoals het zou moeten zijn.

zalmij benieuwen.
