Waar heeft Mutlu nu weer de mosterd vandaan?

Imo zijn er veel onduidelijkheden in het PB betreffende de nieuwe overeenkomst FluCell. Commerciele rechten worden teruggegeven, maar wat met de exclusiviteit op PER.C6, de eigendomsrechten op FluCell en de clinic data, etc.?
Wachten weer op meer uitleg in volgende CC ?

Het verbaast mij dat Crucell doorgaat met de ontwikkeling van Flucell. De enige reden die ik kan bedenken is dat Crucell niet de exclusiviteit van het gebruik van PerC6 heeft voor influenza. Als dit het geval zou zijn dan ga toch volle kracht vooruit met de ontwikkeling van een universeel influenza vaccin op Perc6 basis en ga je niet verder met het ontwikkelen van een minder kwalitatief vaccin als Flucell?

Het verbaast mij helemaal niet. Reken maar uit: aanlevering bij FDA in 2014 (als ze dat halen) en dan in 2015 op de markt komen en de eierboeren er uit concurreren.

Het universeel vaccin zit nog in een zeer vroege pre-klinische fase. De totale ontwikkeling zal m.i. 10 á 15 jaar duren. Bovendien is er een flinke kans dat dit project helemaal niet slaagt. Het is toch bekend, dat 9 van de 10 projecten de eindstreep niet halen?

Ik kan alleen maar zeggen: Crucell, probeer het waar te maken.
