als er morgen op de pre markt nog geen nieuws is, moeten we ons dan niet gaan afvragen of het dan negatief nieuws is dat zo lang duurt ?

mijn ervaring is met bio als het lang duurt dat het dan in de meeste gevallen idd niet goed zit.

geen dagen, er werd echt uitgegaan dat het vandaag zou komen, die 2 weken zijn nu om.
en meestal als het goed nieuws is word het vrij snel na-beurs bekent gemaakt.

Ok, let me ask all bashers and pushers and share holders and who ever is reading this. Why would HEB want to dilute the company when they have a possibility to be the lead candidate for the world for H1N1 and H5N1?

All you bashers say that they are diluting for a third time and its a bad thing and ampligen is a scam..

Not only is the FDA reviewing this drug. But, so is Japan, Italy as well as other countries looking too this drug as there lead candidate for H5N1 and H1N1 vaccine. Which is going to be billions worth for them. No body would risk all that just to take a profit for lets say 150 million compared to billions from japan and italy and etc.

You bashers are redioulous.. Let me tell you something, Dr. Carter knows it is approved and he is raising money to market this drug and develop more to make his company the next Pfizer. He see so much more profit in this swine flu out break than this CFS approval. He would not make a fool of his company to the world, his life would be ruined and he wouldnt be able to hide.

To all you holders, we are taking a vaccation it was worth the wait and anxiety...

First, this is a preliminary step in advising as to an offering in the
future and a legally necessary one that must be done in advance. It is
also old news as the company previously alluded to increasing the
float several days ago. I do not think the company will get the votes
it needs to pass this offering unless the company has either been
approved for CFS or Ampligen has been ordered as an adjuvant/booster.
The company understands it will not be authorized without the support
of sharelholders and they must know something positive is imminent. I
think enough people agree with me to have traded a million shares
after market and go from 2.56 to 2.96. The company is getting all
their ducks in a row to be able to accomodate millions of needy
patients. They simply do not have the infrastructure to accomodate
them as we speak. I am sure countries and government agencies are
insisting the company be able to meet the demand. There is something
in law called a condition subsequent that may be met after the
agreement has been executed. It allows for the parties to the contract
to move forward with sufficient assurances there is a contract in
hand.

I think the answer is in the timing. Why did Carter wait
until this afternoon to do his SEC dilution filing when the extensive
documentation involved must have been prepared well in advance? My
feeling is that by filing around the time when the market closes he is
limiting his exposure to any adverse reactions. Following this
reasoning leads me to believe that he feels the FDA will announce in
the morning negating any adverse reaction from the dilution. Now
whether or not the announcement is positive or negative is left to be
seen. However, I believe that Carter feels it will be approved or else
this timing strategy would not be necessary.

No Dilution $150M is only 10M Shares at $15 PPS 10-Jun-09 02:00 am There is no dilution here, the price is not set yet. Dr. Carter is waiting for FDA approval.

$150M is only 10M shares at $15 PPS (conservative estimate) after approval. 10M shares are smaller
