Meedoen met Fission en Alpha Minerals: grote kansen op winst

Met alleen maar biotech en uranium in de porto, kies ik duidelijk de weg van de meeste weerstand.
Ik ben erg benieuwd wat de uraniumaandelen hebben gedaan wanneer de u-prijs rond de 70 USD noteert.

Ik verwacht dit najaar veel van Nanobiotix en Genfit, mijn beleggings horizon voor uranium is 3 jaar.
Deze duidelijke tactiek houd me rustig dezer dagen, ook al blijft het pijnlijk te zien wat ik had kunnen besparen.

Ik geloof niet dat Jack veel beter of slechter is dan de gemiddelde analist.

Zijn verhaal over uranium is volkomen logisch en contrair.

Hij zat recent helemaal goed met zijn shortkandidaten (een lijst met veel te dure USA-aandelen zoals Twitter en Tesla).

Het is ook riskant, tegelijkertijd zou dit te nemen risico ook beloond kunnen worden.
Ik heb veel vertrouwen in deze bio's. Vooral Genfit is volgens mij een inkoppertje, ik verwacht de 40 euro te zien in november.
Nanobiotix: een hoger risico, dito potentie.
Over uranium zijn we het eens ?: vroeg of laat gaat de prijs behoorlijk omhoog.

Overigens was ik African Minerals vergeten te vermelden ZwarteRidder.
Zijn het dan 3 poten ?
Ik vind de grootste 'gok' van mijn porto de kleinere uranium-bedrijven die jij eveneens in je eigendom hebt.

Dat zijn dan inderdaad 3 pootjes...!

Maar over het geheel is jouw porto natuurlijk zeer speculatief, ik hoop van harte dat je geen geld geleend hebt voor deze porto.

Als ik aanneem dat de U308-prijs ongeveer op een bodem staat, dan vallen de risico's voor de U-aandelen nogal mee.
Ik vermoed dat de lage U-prijzen te maken hebben met de uitval van de Japanse kernreactors en dat is een tijdelijk verschijnsel.

Alle deskundigen verwachten dat de prijs gaat stijgen, omdat immers de U-productie uit de grond veel kleiner is dan het verbruik van uranium.

As you´ll have seen from the string of press releases in the last few weeks, Fission Uranium (FCU.V) has now acquired Alpha Minerals and the newly combined Fission Uranium holds 100% of the PLS (Patterson Lake South) project with its remarkable high-grade discovery. Both Alpha and Fission have spun out companies that have taken with them all respective properties other than PLS. Fission´s SpinCo is named Fission 3.0.

What Fission Shareholders Received: Fission Uranium shareholders received (at time of closing) one share of Fission 3.0 (Spinco) for each share of Fission owned. For those of you have been with us since Fission Energy, this will actually be the second time you will have received shares this year. The first was Denison shares after DML purchased certain assets from Fission Energy, including the J-Zone discovery at Waterbury Lake; and Fission Uranium was spun out to hold the PLS uranium discovery plus other projects.

Exciting Times for Fission SpinCo: Fission 3.0 will begin trading December 10. Here´s the link to the website. Note that the site won´t go live until approximately the end of business today. The company will spring into existence with the same management and technical team as its parent company, Fission Uranium, plus a total of $3 million in cash.

Importantly, the company will also have the patent-pending uranium boulder finding survey and joint ventures on two highly prospective projects. The first is our JV with Azincourt Uranium on the PLN (Patterson Lake North) project. The agreement allows Azincourt to earn 50% for $16.7 million worth of exploration expenditure. The other joint venture with Brades Resource, allowing Brades to earn 50% for $5 million in exploration expenditures on the Clearwater West project. Both joint ventures are located on west side of the Athabasca Basin and both are adjacent to PLS.

Even More Exciting Times for Fission Uranium: So, Fission 3.0 starts with a great many positives stacked up in its favour. At the same time, Fission Uranium is still awaiting assays from 40 holes for the program we´ve just finished and, come January, we will implement our most aggressive exploration program to date with an anticipated 30,000m drilling. Much of the work will focus on drilling between the zones, though we will also be expanding the current zones and testing other areas of interest identified through surveys. I´ll be sharing more about the details of the program shortly so watch this space.

Fission Hits 14.74% U3O8 Over 10.0m at Shallow Depth (Line 540E)
Multiple new shallow, high-grade assays at PLS

KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 29, 2014) - FISSION URANIUM CORP. (TSX VENTURE:FCU)(OTCQX:FCUUF)(FRANKFURT:2FU) ("Fission" or "the Company") is pleased to announce assay results from nine holes drilled in the R780E zone and one drilled in the R00E zone at its Patterson Lake South (PLS) property in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin, Canada. Of particular note is hole PLS14-160, located on line 540E. The hole returned high-grade intervals such as 14.74% U3O8 over 10.0m in a composite interval of 4.44% U3O8 over 38.0m. All ten holes intersected wide intervals and six of the holes returned substantial high-grade assays.

The strong mineralization exhibited in holes PLS14-160, 171 and 156 shows the exceptional strength of uranium mineralization in the middle region over a substantial strike length of the R780E zone. The size of this shallow, very robust high-grade central region has grown considerably during the course of the winter program. Other spectacular holes from this area include PLS14-129 (line 600E) and PLS14-187 (line 660E) as reported in news releases of Feb 19th, 2014 and April 22nd, 2014 respectively.

PLS14-160 (Line 540E)
- 38.0m (69.0m to 107.0m) @ 4.44% U3O8, including:
10.0m (77.0m to 87.0m) @ 14.74% U3O8
- 9.50m (187.0m to 196.5m) @ 1.05% U3O8, including:

PLS14-171 (Line 690E)
- 18.50m (75.0m to 93.5m) @ 1.05% U3O8, including:

- 48.0m (105.0m to 153.0m) @ 2.96% U3O8, including:
11.50m (121.0m to 132.5m) @ 8.67% U3O8

PLS14-156 (Line 720E)
- 19.0m (103.5m to 122.5m) @ 4.68% U3O8, including:
5.50m (109.5m to 115.0m) @ 12.32% U3O8
- 4.50m (202.0m to 206.5m) @ 3.69% U3O8, including:
1.50m (202.0m to 203.5m) @ 10.67% U3O8

To date, assay results from 40 holes of the recent winter program have now been released; results from 52 holes are pending.

Het kan volgens mij alleen maar te maken hebben met de daling van ijzerertsprijs en/of Ebola.

Bernie Pryor, Chief Executive Officer of African Minerals, said:
“The Tonkolili project ramp up programme continues to make good progress. The first quarter of 2014 marks our best performance yet, surpassing the record set by Q4 and setting our new operational benchmark. Cash costs continue to improve, falling to $37 per tonne as our production volumes increase, with a commensurate building of cash flow.

Preparations are underway for the annual seasonal impacts of the coming wet season, and we look forward to testing our interventions, which should give us the flexibility to successfully manage the coming months, and importantly also reduce our reliance on the production of A32, allowing us to achieve higher received pricing. We are maintaining our guidance of exporting 16-18Mt this calendar year with C1 cash costs of between $34 and $36 per tonne, exiting the year at a sustainable run rate of 20Mtpa, and with cash costs falling to $30/t at that production rate.

We are well advanced in our next stage of growth targeting low capital cost optimisation and expansion to our infrastructure capacity. We aim to exit 2014 with a 25Mtpa export capability, and to start the construction of our first friable haematite concentrator facility at the end of this year, with up to 10Mtpa of final product concentrate processing capability being brought online in 2016. This, together with the increased DSO resource recently announced, allows us to extend the life of our concurrent DSO operations and further defer capital for additional concentrator units.

DZR: ik had zowel Fission als Fission 3.0 gekocht op Toronto
Fission zelf heb ik er nu even weer uitgedaan op 1.25, maar pak ik misschien/hopelijk nog wel weer goedkoper op
