Vietnam Continues Anti-dumping Duty on Cold Rolled Stainless Steel
On October 21, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam issued Resolution 3162 / QD-BCT, making the first anti-dumping sunset review of cold-rolled stainless steel products originating in mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia and decided to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on enterprises involved. The resolution entered into force on 26 October 2019 and is valid for five years.

On July 9, 2013, Vietnam launched an anti-dumping investigation into imported cold-rolled stainless steel products originating in mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia. On October 5, 2014, Vietnam formally imposed anti-dumping duties on cold-rolled stainless steel products in the above-mentioned countries. In October 2018, Vietnam launched the first anti-dumping sunset review of cold-rolled stainless steel products from mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Indonesia.
