Conclusions

In a Markov model, we found FIT and colonoscopy to be more effective and less costly than the MT-sDNA test when participation rates were equal for all strategies. For the MT-sDNA test to be cost effective, the patient support program included in its cost would need to achieve substantially higher participation rates than those of FIT, whether in organized programs or under the opportunistic screening setting that is more common in the United States than in the rest of the world.

Kanttekening hierbij is dat het gaat om een model-gebaseerd onderzoek naar (kosten)effectiviteit.

Ik heb al vaker gezegd dat Exact niet zomaar MDx marker eruit kan halen dus gaat Jan gewoon in gesprek met Exact blijven en worden er gewoon meer royalties betaald aan MDx dit en komende jaren.

Mijn analyse van MDxH die rekening houdt met tal van factoren en die dag er dag aangepast wordt zie ik einde 2018 een koersmogelijkheid van 6,25 € en voor einde 2019 een koersmogelijkheid van 15,00 €. Vandaag instappen tegen 3,25 € en met dit perspectief voor ogen is misschien niet te versmaden. Veel succes

SJURVM, thanks for all your posts. Everybody on this forum knows about the strength of MdX. Slowly but surely, more investors will know about MdX and put their money where they know it will grow fast.

Het is even wachten op nog een grote verzekeraar / afnemer / vergoeder. Als er nog 1tje bijkomt is het makkelijker verkopen aan de andere verzekeraars. Wanneer er nog iets van 3 grote verzekeraars bijkomen dan komt de rest vanzelf naar MDX toe en kan er begonnen worden met inkrimping van verkoopteam en kostenreductie.

Yes I think that at some stage some re-assessment of the company by the investment community at large will occur.

"Most important costs are associated with selling and marketing, which
we expect to decrease in 2016 to 100% of total revenues and to be

break even in 2018.
For the longer term we estimate the company will reach an EBIT margin
of 50-55%. "

Interestingly they put new cash from "financing activities" in 2017 at $15m. It does not specify how this financing is obtained.

Taglich brothers had it at $12m from an equity issue.

Most interesting that VanLeeuwenhoek seems to indicate that the financing might be done in a different manner.

Short term bank loan? With the very low rates we have now it would make sense.
Furthermore if by 2018 MDXH becomes cash positive it could potentially repay this relatively quickly.

So yes €11/share valuation is not so far fetched.

Let's reach the €5.5 first which, coincidentally, is just half of €11 :)

Forgot to add SMA's, which acted as resistance for about a year(!).

Although share price took a dive (below the SMA's again) the last couple of days, stock is at horizontal resistance (kind-of..), oversold and has at least left that lengthy ascending channel.
