Wanneer wordt er wat bekend gemaakt over die rechtzaak die tegen Esperite is aangespannen. Of gaat dat een jaren zaak worden met hoge juridische kosten.

Het hele circus rond de data en de wijze waarop het resultaat hier is aangekondigd heeft Esperite geen goed gedaan. Beleggers hier wisten al dat het jaarresultaat van 2015 zou teleurstellen. Dan komt er op hetzelfde moment nog een aankondiging van een rechtszaak die Illumina lijkt aan te spannen tegen Esperite. Op zich ingrediënten genoeg om een donkere bril op te zetten. Maar de update van Q1 2016 begint met Esperite ready to bounce. 9 juni zullen we horen, zo neem ik aan, wat dat ready to bounce in concreto betekent. Ik ben in ieder geval optimistisch gestemd.

nu de rest nog ,maar als het aan mij ligt blijven al de weg lopers ver uit de buurt deze koers zegt mij dan ook helemaal niets dit komt door de angst hazen met zo,n lage omzet, het echte vuurwerk moet nog komen het is dus wachten op de grote jongens.

26 jan. 2016 - No date has currently been set for the proceedings of the second claim lodged by Illumina in October 2015. The Company understands these ... Manchester, UK – 26 January 2016: Premaitha Health PLC (“Premaitha” or “the Company”; AIM: NIPT) provides investors with visibility of the timelines involved in the UK litigation previously lodged by Illumina.
The Company has been advised that a date has now been set for the High Court to hear the first claim lodged by Illumina in March 2015. These proceedings will take place in early October 2016 and the outcome is likely to be known by Christmas 2016, subject to any appeals.

LONDON (Alliance News) - Premaitha Health PLC said Monday it has inked a deal with Esperite NV to allow Espirite's Swiss subsidiary Genoma to have a right to use Premaitha's IONA test for its non-invasive prenatal testing services.

The IONA test is used to estimate the risk of a fetus having Down's syndrome, Edward's syndrome and Patau's syndrome by analysing cell-free fetal DNA from a sample of the mothers blood.

"The completion of this agreement so soon after receiving our CE mark is also a major achievement. We hope this will be the first of many agreements for the IONA test and we look forward to a strong and fruitful partnership with Genoma," said Chief Executive Officer Stephen Little in a statement.

Shares in Premaitha are trading up 12.6% at 30.95 pence Monday morning.

Het koersje van Amar is bijna in zicht 1.89 op een zeer droevig volume by the way.
Las ook dat diegy het omgekeerde aan het doen is.
Zal de oude cryo koers van 1.55 / 1.70 weer op de borden gaan komen, het neigt er in ieder geval naar.

Wat is dit toch een vervelend aandeel. Zie het voorlopig ook niet meer keren. Zal ze op de plank moeten leggen. Amar bedankt voor deze situatie

zoals ik al had voorspeld....we zijn alweer onder de eur 2 gesloten.Had ik alles er maar uitgegooid op 2,50.....koers blijft nog maanden rond of onder de eur 2 staan. Groot nieuws verwacht ik de komende maanden ook niet......waardeloos dit

Een waarheid als een koe.

Amar heeft tesamen met zijn FD , Henk Hakvoort de effecten onderschat en een "haastklus \ truc" uitgehaald waarmee hij aantoont als "dominant owner & ruler" de waardering en het vertrouwen van aandeelhouders van ondergeschikt belang te vinden.

Ik lees op het forum de reflecties ervan. het vertrouwen is eruit, de handelsvolumes zijn de reflectie.

Vertrouwen komt te voet en gaat te paard. Ridder Amar zit nu met zere billen op de zwarte bok.
De nar Hakvoort danst gewillig naar zijn pijpen.
Voorbeeld van een "dominant aandeelhoduer\eigenaar en een FD zonder al te veel ruggegraat.

Niet goed om vertrouwen mee op te bouwen.

Toch ben ik benieuwd naar het verhaal van Amar op 9 juni. Door al het geschuif met data kan ik er helaas vanwege andere bestaande afspraken niet meer bij zijn. Ik lees graag hier een beknopt verslag.

Uiteraard wordt het een "goed nieuws show". Amar lijdt nl. niet aan "zelfonderschatting".

M.b.t. de koers ?

Gelukkig weet je wat ik bedoel. Hoe gaat Esperite die hoge juridische kosten betalen? Staat amper geld op de rekening hebben we bij de laatste cijfers kunnen zien.
