Would you please explain to me why the CEO of Kiadis gave the shares to institutional investors for €8 per share when one or two weeks before, it traded up to €15,50 per share? This is not the first time that Kiadis is doing this. Back in March, Kiadis shares traded up to about €13,50 per share and shortly after that, the shares were given away to institutional investors for €9 per share.
By giving the shares away to institutional investors for €8, the CEO is telling us that the true value of Kiadis shares is €8 per share. But this is the same Kiadis that the analysts at KBC and Jefferies were promoting with a buy rating and a price target for €20 and €25. So don't you see any deception here?
I repeat my question: If you are so confident of your product, why give it away for €8 in a private offering, when, a few days before, it was trading between €14 and €15,25 per share? I think that small individual investors should become more critical in making their investment decisions. We, small invidividual investors have suffered enough. The CEOs and the analysts are using us to make profit. We should become wiser!
