Aleafia Health Inc.'s (TSX: ALEF, OTC: ALEAF) ("Aleafia Health" or the "Company") indirect subsidiary, Emblem Germany GmbH ("Emblem Germany"), has formally submitted its application to German regulators for EU Good Manufacturing Practices ("EU-GMP") certification.

The Company's newly licensed Paris Facility has been purpose built to meet EU-GMP certification requirements, pharmaceutical-grade production's highest standard, and as a result, provides wide access to global markets. The application, if successful, would allow the Company's Paris Facility to produce and export EU-GMP certified cannabis products to the European Union.

Cannabis production operations commenced on May 6, 2020 at the Paris Facility Phase II expansion, only three business days following receipt of the amended Health Canada licence.

Aleafia Health indirectly owns 60 percent of Emblem Germany, by way of a joint-venture between Emblem and German pharmaceutical wholesaler and logistics company, Acnos Pharma GmbH ("Acnos"). It is difficult to ascertain the timeline for securing certification, but the Company intends to continue preparing for an eventual facility inspection.

OB: Yes. It's Isracann (OTCPK:ISCNF). It’s a company that actually comes from British Columbia. It’s the first pure play company to enter the landscape in Israel and they have a desire to export large amounts of medical cannabis to Europe at the time and also to balance the Israeli market where there is a deficit, particularly there is a need to import right now from Portugal, and so this company, IPOT, it’s on the CSE wants to take on the mantle of creating an incredible, incredibly large cultivation farm in Israel for export.

RS: Interesting.

OB: They’re really, really interesting because they're actually not from Israel and I appreciate the external influence into the landscape here because quite often Middle Eastern business is Middle Eastern business and it's good to get a Western sense or sentiment to balance out the non-transparentness.

RS: And then in terms of Israel being a – you know it’s a leader in R&D of cannabis, are you bullish on other areas? Or are you looking at other areas? You know – I mean people have a whole host of things to say about South America. They’re also talking about Africa and there's different companies getting into different parts of the world. Do you see any part of the world as something that you think might be more successful than another?

OB: I mean, I see the whole world as successful. I do see the regulators moving so slowly and I was originally going to invest in stocks in Colombia, but I realized that the roll-out is so slow and even Israel it's – everything is so slow. Even Germany, particularly Germany – it's such a – slow roll out in Germany, but the amount of people that are receiving cannabis for medical purposes is not so much and it’s like the same amount of people as New Jersey that are receiving. It was like 60,000 people in New Jersey receiving cannabis for medical reasons, and so, there's 60,000 in Germany and that's not enough to support a global market. But the future and the development that will happen is not overnight, you know, that's the problem. Everyone wants things to happen overnight, but if it did happen overnight, it will collapse overnight also.

Kan mij niet snel genoeg gaan. Productiekosten zijn toch zeer belangrijk gebleken. Ben nu vooral benieuwd hoeveel ze produceren en verkocht hebben.

Het is ook geen kleine organisatie. Emblem + Aleafia (en van de weinige mergers waarvan toch nog vruchten geplukt kunnen worden). Ik zit aan 1.26 met bijna 2400 stuks.

Als je kijkt naar resultaat cronos vs Aleafia en hun marketcap! Dan zie ja dat Aleafia veel goedkoper is.

Ik aan 0.65 met 9000stuks, heb verkooporder op 0.84 gezet, zie ze volgende week terug wat zakken en dan stijgen voor de cijfers

Waarom nu al verkopen? Koers kan nog veel verder stijgen of een groot bedrijf zoals canopy kan overnamebod doen.. Heb 38 000 stuks aan 0.91cad. Ik doe ze niet weg onder 1.2.

Same here! Ik meen te herinneren dat we hier samen reeds lang deze stock hebben (sinds Emblem?) en verder laten opbouwen. Ondertussen mijn Alef aan CAD 0.60 voor 98.000 stuks en begint aardig aan te tikken. Ik verkoop de helft aan 1.20 (na de cijfers) en heb dan de andere helft gratis om na te sudderen richting CAD3 volgend jaar.:) Touch wood. Ik heb er alle vertrouwen in.

Omdat ik denk dat de koers gisteren al wat ging zakken (zoals gebleken) + maandag mssn ook nog wat zal zakken (nu hoop ik van niet), om dan zo terug wat meer aandeeltjes in te slaan

Klopt volledig! Ik zal het zelfde doen aan 1.2 met een deel winst nemen en groot pakket laten staan voor de lange termijn. Het blijft nog altijd een nieuwe markt die nog moet ontwikkelen. Veel bedrijven zullen failliet gaan maar Aleafia heeft voldoende cash waar ze goed met omgaan en kunnen overleven.
