Exactly! All these analysts are part of the manipulation team/process. They probably knew about this situation long time ago but kept quiet about it so that their clients will have the opportunity to sell their shares at a higher price before the bad news is made public. In most cases, the company's management team, the analysts, and the big shareholders know what is really going on in the company and they have access to the news before it is made public. Do you remember that on the 11 of September, it was reported that Alta Partners Management had reduced its share holdings in Kiadis Pharma from 4,67% to 2,88%? At that time, some people on this forum were wondering why Alta Partners Management would reduce its shares when we are so close to the time for Kiadis to receive approval from the EMA. But with the news of this morning, we can suspect that Alta Partners Management probably got a hint from the inside that things were not going as good as we had expected for Kiadis. This could explain why Alta Partner Management was selling its shares at the time when most of us were expecting a good response from the EMA.
In most cases, it is the small individual investors that usually suffer because we always receive the news later.
