The notifications of voting rights are associated with our capital increase during September/October. Our syndicated banks Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Unicredit held our conversion rights for one day in their depot before the shares were settled in the market on 14th October. On the 14th October they notified us to fell below the threshold of 3% again.
Baillie Gifford notified us to fell marginal below the threshold of 5%, but they are still over 3% (at 4.93%).
The latest release from Citigroup contains that they are over 3% again, maybe because of Fond Management.
Notifications of voting rights are statutory provisions pursuant to sec 21 (1) WpHG. Shareholders have to notify if they exceed the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%...
Good Energies is the main shareholder of Q-Cells since we have gone public. They hold preference shares as well as ordinary shares and there total percentage of shares is 26.7% in our company. Preference shares are not tradable at the exchange and they assured us not to be supposed to sell their ordinary shares.

A private placement without subscription rights to institutional investors was envisaged by way of an Accelerated Bookbuilt Offering (ABO) of 9.9 million New Shares based on the rest of subscription rights (19.8 million) held by Good Energies (Solar Investments) S.à r.l., Luxembourg. After the ABO placement, the subscription price would be determined and announced by the company and the joint bookrunners.
